Purchase Executive Job in Delhi at Ratan Industries Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoices, or quality discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automobile industry procurement (e.g., manufacturing).
• Knowledge of import/export procedures (if applicable).
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPP).
