Purchase and Sales – Trade Clearance Processing Analyst Job in Pune at UBS

UBS is hiring for the role of Purchase and Sales- Trade Clearance Processing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Facilitate trade matching with various industry clearinghouses and contra parties across Equity, Option, UIT and Fixed Income (Corporate, Municipal Bond, etc.) products
• Coordinate with internal (front and middle office) and external stakeholders to resolve trade suspense and money discrepancies, ensuring timely trade matching and settlement
• Process daily control reports and reconciliations
• Familiarize and deepen knowledge of platforms used: RTTM, ACT, ORF, GEMS, Obligation Warehouse, OMGEO, OCC
• Promptly handle inquiries from branch personnel (research, action, and reply)
• Process trade correction requests
• Escalate issues to local team management
• Participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends
• Ensure SOPs are up to date and reviewed on on-going basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Able to multi-task and interact with multiple business partners simultaneously
• Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
• Work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
