ExxonMobil is hiring for the job role of PS&RA Operation Advisor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct impact assessments of regulatory changes to find out the impact of these changes on our product
- Transferring activities to MSP where feasible
- Manages shared mailboxes to ensure competent and prompt feedback on regulatory questions to our customers
- Checks safety data sheet distribution reports and initiates corrective actions in case of issues
- Supports the provision of tailor-made communication to internal and external customers
- Adds local regulations for several countries to finalize dedicated safety data sheets
- Processes product management of change requests for the Chemicals business
- Perform product registrations in national registers
- Conducts sales volume and GHS reporting for several countries to authority websites
- Generates multiple product safety-related reports and provides them to subject matter experts
- Analyzes needs for poison center updates and processes them
- Manages several databases for e.g. other representative agreements or REACH registrations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering or equivalent degree/work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product stewardship & regulatory affairs.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken) and computer literacy.
- Experience in product stewardship.
- Experience in using MS Office tools incl. MS Excel
- Willing to work independently in a diverse virtual global team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
- Product knowledge from fuel and/or chemical industries as well as product stewardship experience would be beneficial ·Working under time pressure to ensure meeting authority deadlines.
- Experience in studying and working in a virtual environment with people from various cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in analytical work including usage of different IT systems.
- Experience in automation, digitalization, simplification, and outsourcing of processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications / Excel advanced skills.
- Working with 3rd parties/authorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into informed insights.
- Good cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work with people having different cultural backgrounds.
