Proposal Specialist Job in Hyderabad at Toronto Research Chemicals

Toronto Research Chemicals is hiring for the role of Proposal Specialist!

Responsibilities to the Candidate:

• Develop standardized templates and customize them as necessary
• Content writing, editing, formatting, optimization, and publishing
• Content planning, organization, scheduling, and social media posting
• Presentation development
• Develop, update, consolidate, and organize staff bios and proposal project team resumes
• Collect and compile project descriptions
• Assist development of the RFP compliance matrix and proposal audits
• Proposal close-out activities (i.e., clip new writing for QorusDocs, filing, Personal Identifiable Information (PII) search, Wrike close-out, etc.)
• Market, client, and competitor research
• QorusDocs, Wrike, Salesforce (new accounts creation, terminated accounts cleanup, report development, etc.), proposal login
• RFP subscription service including RFP scouting and distribution
• Resume database maintenance and data entry
• Sector proposal content digitalization initiatives
• Yammer postings regarding proposal topics and Salesforce tips
• License maintenance activities for digital tools
• Quip client account plans including conversions from other formats (Word, Excel, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role in a professional services environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams, etc.); training will be provided for other tools
• Functional use of Adobe Software, specifically Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
• Functional use of Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to take feedback and actively incorporate it into work
• Sound verbal communication skills, able to listen, paraphrase, and document conversations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to effectively scope work
• Able to work harmoniously in a team environment and develop good working relationships across the organization
• Self-directed with sound organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of consulting business
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver effective customer service and high-quality work within established timeframes
• Results orientation, holds self-accountable to deliver against goals
