TRC Companies is hiring for the role of Proposal Coordinator Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals to potential clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals
• Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the development of proposal templates and other proposal-related materials
• Maintain proposal files and databases
• Assist in the coordination of proposal-related meetings and activities
• Provide support to the Proposal Manager and other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
