Property Manager Job in Mumbai at Meridian Stays Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times. 
• Handle rental collection and maintain accurate payment records. 
• Coordinate and conduct property visits with potential tenants. 
• Manage tenant shifting processes (check-ins and check-outs). 
• Monitor and address any repair or maintenance issues with quick resolution. 
• Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams for smooth operations. 
• Maintain regular communication with tenants for feedback and updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in property management, facility coordination, or hospitality operations. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and people management abilities. 
• Willingness to travel between properties when required. 
• Basic knowledge of rental agreements and hospitality standards is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
