Zostel Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Property Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Report to the Zostel Franchisee.
• Be assigned to a hostel and responsible for its functioning across Reception/Travel, Bar, Café or Kitchen, In-house Atmosphere.
• Cross over to other outlets temporarily or permanently based on skills, ambitions, and business requirements.
• Be part of a team across all frontline departments that get Zostel and want to be themselves.
• Take ownership of the guest journey to create a unique Zostel experience.
• Know your guests and have a passion for independent travel and the road less travelled.
• Enjoy exploring and peeling back the layers of a new city.
• Know and love ethnic traditions, foods, with courage to offer something different.
• Own guest complaints and resolve them yourself — you solve the problems, you create the solutions.
• Know your city, its cafés, bars, restaurants, art, and music.
• Ensure social spaces embody the Zostel brand and culture.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies you have been trained on.
• Handle all cash responsibly while on duty.
• Master a point-of-sale system or property management system.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the hospitality/service industry.
• Passion for the city, travelling, and trending food and drink concepts.
• Knowledge of what’s on in the city — art, music, culture, etc.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for service.
• Knowledge of social media and user-generated reviews and their importance in hostel marketing.
