Mace is hiring for the role of Project Planning Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing and Setting up the project program control system, integrating costs and schedules, tracking budgets and timelines, assessing project status, and issuing monthly reports.
• Working with the techno commercial legal team, construction team, and design team to assess progress and provide reports. Release necessary warnings and non-compliance reports.
• Overseeing estimating and coordinates with the scheduler.
• Maintaining coordination model, clash detection, and clash resolution.
• Managing project resources and integrating with other tools for 4D simulation.
• Using 4D/5D simulation models. A project planned vs actual works and envisage future vision of the project.
• Overseeing client and stakeholder management efforts.
• Highlighting time and cost delays.
• Identifying potential risks.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree qualification in civil engineering and are a member of a professional body, showcasing a solid educational background and professional affiliation.
• Possess knowledge of cost planning and construction project control principles and practices, indicating expertise in project financial management.
• Demonstrate digital savviness, highlighting proficiency in utilizing technology for effective project management and communication.
• Have the ability to build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams, emphasizing interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Bring experience in delivering projects from start through to completion within the consultancy industry, showcasing practical knowledge and skills in project execution.
