Job Description:

• Continuous mapping of new projects coming up in the assigned territory.
• Understanding the local competitive landscape.
• Understanding applicable local architectural trends.
• Understanding Customer/Project specific requirements.
• Understanding Customer specific buying practices, behaviour and market reputation.
• Correctly Positioning KALCO's Offerings and Strengths.
• Making and Presenting Proposals.
• Final discussions with the stakeholders.
• Ensuring the project execution team to get all the relevant details and access to the relevant people in the customer organisation.
• Take ownership of the project team to deliver as per the terms of the order.
• Collect payments (advance and bills receivables).
• Win a written testimonial from the client/ influencers - as evidence of good job done by team Kalco.
• Manage client relationships - for future repeat business/ references.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation/ post-graduation - any discipline; preferably Civil, Mechanical, Management subject/s.
