Project Manager – West Region Job in Mumbai at Infynix Communications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define, plan, and execute project scope, timelines, and schedules, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Handle end-to-end deployment of Broadband, ILL, P2P, Infrastructure, and Managed Services projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure completion within defined timelines.
• Oversee field installation activities and ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and resolving project-related queries.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including site survey reports, permits, and installation records.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly progress reports to management.
• Ensure effective use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools for reporting and tracking.
