Project Manager (Solar) Job in Hyderabad at Ecowiser

Ecowiser is hiring for the role of Customer Success Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during project execution.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to maintain project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of hands-on site experience in the implementation and maintenance of solar projects.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, installation processes, and maintenance protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
