Project Manager - Shared Services Centre Job in Delhi at LEK Consulting

LEK Consulting is hiring for the role of Project Manager - Shared Services Centre!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead and oversee the establishment, monitoring and efficient functioning of our emerging global shared service centre based in Delhi with a primary focus on transactional core services
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure the SSC becomes the go-to solution for delivering transactional core services efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including finance, people, legal, marketing, knowledge management, and IT, to ensure and integrated service design and seamless service delivery
• Drive innovation and process optimization within the SSC, always seeking opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and transparent measurements
• Identify and evaluate potential risks, implementing mitigation and strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Champion the SSC and educate internal stakeholders on the value shared services will provide L.E.K. and advice senior stakeholders on process reengineering and organizational restructuring for addressing staff services' cost, performance, and operational leverage challenges
• Building the L.E.K. Shared Service Centre (SSC) brand in the market through different social media channels, events and engagement drives to attract top talent

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex global shared services center design, set-up and transition projects on time and within budget
• Proven experience in effective budget management to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
• Experience in a shared services context with process reengineering, technology requirements (e.g., service management) and operational governance (e.g., SLAs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of core service functions such as finance, people (human resources), legal, marketing, knowledge management, and IT
• A forward-thinking and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and drive shared services operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of collaborating with global stakeholders, including experience in managing flexible work hours to ensure effective communication and coordination with global leaders across different time zones
