Weber Shandwick is hiring for the role of Project Manager - Integrated Project Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain oversight on local transition timelines for product PR; collaborate with IPG PR leadership to navigate challenges and escalate barriers.
• Train teams across the region on processes for the integrated CoLab model and stand-alone PR, including briefing flow and Workfront/Adobe/Decideware system.
• Review and support the development of regional scopes of work, pricing models, and benchmarks.
• Oversee and maintain a tracker of regulatory training and bespoke PFE training mandated for all staff across the region.
• Attend regular PFE Ops meetings with other PMs across the globe to align on the process and mitigate challenges.
• Join monthly local integration calls in priority markets set up by IPG to ensure a 360-degree overview of CoLab and status/future planning.
• Generate regular follow-up reports and promptly escalate any identified issues for resolution.
• Manage budgets, scopes, and time while providing frequent updates to account leadership and regional leadership.
• Partner with account leadership and finance to facilitate accurate and realistic forecasts; actively manage any forecast mitigation as needed.
• Partner with operations and account leadership to manage regional/local team onboarding processes, including educating team members on roles and responsibilities, processes, and templates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Gantt chart timeline development tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
• Experience in routing projects and/or resources using online platforms (e.g., Adobe, Traffic, Screendragon)
• Competence in team communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack)
