Sidel is hiring for the role of Project Manager-Digital Portfolio!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• The Digital Project Manager Engineer is responsible for coordinating the interfaces between the various project stakeholders internal and external to SIDEL.
• Draw the network architecture of the project
• Defines the list of equipment to be purchased for the realization of the project.
• Assemble and test the hardware configuration.
• Knows how to modify the PLC programs of the different machines or systems of the project if necessary.
• Commissioning and deployment of Sidel digital solutions.
• Performs the tests and commissioning at the customer's in France or abroad of the entire project.
• As such, plan approximately 50% of working time for business travel.
• He/she will write, during commissioning, weekly reports on the progress of the project
• Train the client's staff in the use of the digital solution implemented, Draft end-of-business documents
• On the other hand, he/she is brought at the request of the service manager to train SIDEL staff in the sale and use of the group's digital tools
• Serve as technical support to salespeople and through this, accompany them to customers, in India or abroad, to make presentations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of a PLC programming language.
• Know how to propose and configure simple network architectures and IT infrastructures
• Know about databases and reporting
• Good practical notions in electricity
• Mastery of project management techniques
• Mastery of a programming language is a plus (C#, java, python, HTML/CSS)
• Motivated to travel frequently in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
