Larsen & Toubro Technology Services is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and addressing any plan deviations.
• Managing risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Maintaining clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
• Providing regular project status updates, and presenting information on project milestones, risks, and successes.
• Developing and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Developing and executing change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the MDM solution.
• Conducting regular quality reviews and audits to verify project outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant documentation related to MDM implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP/ PRINCE2/ITIL/PRINCE2AGILE Certification Preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in successfully managing end-to-end MDM implementation projects in India or overseas.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Solution Implementation experience in the Utility Industry
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships effectively.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
