CARS24 is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project Ownership : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Planning & Execution: Build detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution across departments
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and dependencies early, and proactively manage roadblocks
• Reporting & Communication: Drive regular project updates, manage dashboards, and communicate clearly with leadership
• Process Optimization : Suggest and implement best practices to improve project velocity and quality

Requirements:

• Experience : 2–4 years of project management or program management experience in a fast-paced tech/startup environment
• Domain : Exposure to consumer tech, e-commerce, auto, fintech, or SaaS is preferred
• Excellent planning and execution skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies , Jira, project tracking tools
• Data-driven mindset; proficiency in dashboards, basic analytics tools is a plus
