Store Hippo is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensure projects remain within scope and schedule, Analyze project progress, and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders and C-level executives
• Provide a day-to-day update on project status and changes and define budgets in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
• Providing onboarding support to the clients including pre-sales queries about the product and proactively addressing issues that are escalated by the customer or the sales team
• Create BRD, FRDs and User Stories

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle team
• Should have experience in using the Project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, and Jira for international communication
• Ability to take daily scrum meetings with the team
• Maintain customer relationships (existing/ prospective)
• Self-starter who believes in the importance of teamwork, while operating unmonitored individually
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
