HomeLane is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Owning the project during the installation stage and ensuring the customer's dream home is made into a reality.
• Acting as the single point of contact with customers during the installation phase. This includes providing daily plans and updates on the work happening at the site and handling and solving customer escalations.
• Preparing POA along with specific timelines for the execution of the project and the use of manpower.
• Coordinating with the Planning team, design team, supervisors, carpenters, and vendors to ensure work goes on smoothly at the site.
• Interacting with the Designer and the Customer to understand project requirements at the customer's site before sending the project to production.
• Conducting a feasibility check of the customer site.
• Ensuring the availability of material at the customer site.
• Adhering to the system and process from time to time.
• Ensuring timeline adherence for each of the projects you are currently working on.
• Ensuring we make more customers happier, translates into a growing NPS.
• Ensuring that unused materials are returned to the stores/warehouse after the completion of the Project and updating the report to the Coordinator and Warehouse in charge.
• Ensuring all the rectifications/snags are completed before handing over the site to the customer.

Requirements:

• Someone having 2-5 years of strong Project Management experience
• B.E/B.Tech/Post Graduation in Civil/Construction Management/Project Management
• High on transparency and Ethics
• Someone who has unmatched customer empathy and strong customer-handling skills
• Residential and modular experience is a plus
