FuelBuddy is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences, incorporating insights into product development and improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive the successful development and launch of products.
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product decisions
• Communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in a technical role is highly desirable.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer applications, internal operations platforms, marketing and product analytics
• Strong experience in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of technology and trends in the tech industry, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with first-principle thinking, design thinking and user-centred design.
