Dynata is hiring for the role of Project Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage all fieldwork aspects of market research projects.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and consultation.
- Respond to time-sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems.
- Ensure high-quality performance according to the contract with the respective client.
- Interact with and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Mentor and develop Project Coordinators.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate – Any stream
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Possession of strong understanding of market research is preferable.
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be open to work in night shift.
