Carrier is hiring for the role of Project Manager!

Responsibilites of the Candidate:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility and suggest appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan, schedule, and budget.
  
• Document and record delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule.
  
• Develop project budget and scope and pursue all cost-saving opportunities to maximize project profitability.
  
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare and implement work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  
• Conduct meetings, consolidate, and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).
  
• Identify and react to project problems and recommend solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
  
• Lead medium-sized programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility and recommend appropriate adjustments.
  
• Manage important suppliers and develop milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs.
  
• Prepare and present value-stream strategy, progress, and results.
  
• Support annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
  
• Guide continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
  
• Identify and react to program problems and support solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications.
  
• Support the development of new business growth strategies.
  
• Coordinate responses to customer action items.
  
• Supervise the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)  
  
• Engage with program team daily and provide solutions to potential risks

• Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment  
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Power BI, JDE (SAP support) systems
