Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.
• Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Managing project budgets, resources, and expenditures.
• Facilitating project meetings and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensuring that project objectives align with the overall business strategy.
• Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to drive project success.
• Evaluating and improving project processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supporting the development and delivery of project documentation and reports.
• Adhering to project governance and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Management Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
