Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain customer project plans, tracking key completion and dependencies across multiple projects while ensuring smooth progress and timely execution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, prioritizing them effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Track project scope, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while addressing or escalating any potential obstacles.
• Facilitate project meetings and keep customers, stakeholders, and teams informed on progress and developments.
• Aid skill development within the Managed Services team to enhance overall performance.
• Develop expertise in Managed Services offerings to present high-quality solutions to clients.
• Identify automation opportunities within GCSC, collaborating with teams for effective implementation.
• Take care of tool development by setting solutions, timelines, risks, and progress updates.
• Aid and enhance existing automation tools, including Excel macros and homegrown solutions.
