Hero is hiring for the role of Project Management Associate (PL)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure export quality audits & inspections as per the export quality audit system against the defined plan
- Plan & manage piloting trial events for targeted product delivery
- Coordinate new part approval to meet events and SOP
- Ensure resolution of issues to avoid deviations
- Maintain streamlined communication flow for cross-functional team
Requirements:
- Graduation in Engineering
- Minimum 0-5 years in automotive industry
- New Product development knowledge
- Program Management skills
- Product knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of PLM, CATIA
- 3D modelling Software
- Effective communication skills, Assertiveness, Strong interpersonal skills, Conflict Resolution, Critical thinking
- Intellectual capabilities to analyze problems
- Quality Ambassador
