Project Management Analyst Job in Bangalore at SISA

SISA is hiring for the role of Project Management Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist the project management team in analyzing project data and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist the PMO head with financial budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking
• Obtain quarterly client feedback and customer testimonials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in governance meetings and track client issues to avoid escalations.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management team.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Help track contract timelines, renewals and upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Operations/Finance or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a PMO department or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• CAPM certification is a plus.
