Athenahealth is hiring for the role of Project Mgmt Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyzing and working on related work queues, including requests from clients for integrations with medical facilities and healthcare vendors and moving the requests to the appropriate downstream teams.
• Communicating with labs, hospitals, IT vendors, pharmacies, and Athena stakeholders to convey project status and timelines.
• Managing a high volume of projects and maintaining priorities.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of Athena health's healthcare transactions and how relationships between teams and their workflows influence complex problem-solving.
• Scoping, analyzing, and validating data for project requirements.
• Training new hires and possible refresher sessions.
• Maintaining SOP documents.
• Additional ad hoc projects as business needs arise.

Requirements:

• Graduate in engineering, science, or commerce stream.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to ensure substantial overlap with US-based teams (Evening/Night) shift timings.
• Good communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with members of geographically disparate teams in India and other geographies across Athena.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism to effectively manage communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be able to work using MS Office and have the ability and desire to advance one’s technical skill set.
• Personal and professional drive to succeed.
• Passion for both teaching and learning.
• Creative and inquisitive demeanor.

• 2-4 years’ work experience within US health care framework.
