Project Leader - EPM Job in Bangalore at Baxter International

Baxter is hiring for the role of Project Leader - EPM! 

Responsibilities of Candidate: 

• Resourcing management for resources, working on Baxter projects globally (onboarding, offboarding, annual contract extensions, site transfers, settlement of dues, if any, during off-boarding, etc.)
• Assigning training; reporting & monitoring of training completion status. 
• Managing the commercial aspects of the engagement such as routing SoWs (Scope of Work) for approvals, creating purchase orders, managing invoice receipts, reviewing invoices with Baxter project owners, managing credit notes, coordinating & tracking with global/local Accounts Payable team for supplier payment. 
• Managing IT requests; and coordinating with Baxter IT for issue resolution. 
• Dashboarding & reporting of Plan vs Spend, Headcount, etc for Senior Leadership. 
• Reviewing with Supplier counterpart and driving process improvement. 

Requirements: 

• Understanding of commercial process such as purchase order issuance, invoicing & credit notes.
• Ability to work in cross functional team, manage priority tradeoffs & drive process improvement. 
• Willingness to work flexible hrs. coordinating with stake holders from different timezones. 
• Proficient with MS-Excel.
• Good verbal communication in English. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. 
• 3 to 4 year experience in cross functional project teams, preferably in a R&D environment.
