Project Engineer Job in Gurgaon at Stem

Stem is hiring for the role of Project Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support HW & SW commissioning of new and existing sites by thoroughly understanding the Stem HW stack.
• Work during US business hours and support tickets across regions including the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead project progress with stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers as needed.
• Oversee reporting and project management tasks.

Requirements:

• BTech/BE in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in communication protocols like MODBUS RS485 and TCP/IP, including networking fundamentals (DHCP/Static, DNS, TCP/IP) and router/switch configuration and IP address planning.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems, solar power systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Familiarity with server operating systems and network devices.
• Creative problem-solving skills for ambiguous scenarios.
• Capability to execute custom scripts and understanding of light coding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
