Project Engineer Internship in Bangalore at Yokogawa

Yokogawa is hiring for the role of Project Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support PM in Internal Kick-off meeting.
  
• Support PM in the Customer kick-off meeting.
  
• Review the Project specifications and Identify Risks.
  
• Review and prepare Master Document Register.
  
• Prepare detailed BOM for the scope of supply.
  
• Prepare Sizing Sheet for Magnetic Flow meters, Vortex Flow meters, Mass flow meters, DP transmitters.
  
• Get GAD drawings/ Cabinet drawings prepared by a CAD engineer.
  
• Submit documents to the customer for approval.
  
• Review customer comments along with respective PM and prepare CRS.
  
• Track the Scope changes.
  
• Prepare Source documents.
  
• Prepare purchase requisitions.
  
• Track YIL and 3rd Party Material delivery for the respective project.
  
• Support PM on cash collection.
  
• Ensure on-time document submission and approval.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Instrument data sheets and hookup drawings.
  
• Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  
• Must be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
  
• Self-Learner.
  
• Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Field instrumentation.
  
• Good client-facing and internal communication skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel. 
  
• Ability to work under pressure and drive project objectives.
