Project Engineer Job in Bangalore at Yokogawa

Yokogawa is hiring for the role of Project Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Project Manager in internal/customer kick-off meetings.
• Review project specifications, identify risks, and prepare Master Document Register.
• Develop detailed Bill of Materials, sizing sheets for flow meters, and source documents.
• Obtain CAD drawings and submit documents for customer approval.
• Review customer feedback, prepare Customer Response Specification, and track scope changes.
• Manage purchase requisitions, track material delivery, and support cash collection.
• Ensure timely document submission and approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of instrument data sheets and hook-up drawings.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Self-learning ability with problem-solving aptitude.
• Good technical background in field instrumentation (understanding or hands-on experience).
• Effective client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive project goals.
