Project Coordinator - Localization Job in Gurgaon at Trek Bicycle

Trek Bicycles is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator - Localization!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Daily project management, including analysis of source content, project initiation and planning, and managing linguist and in-country reviewer teams.
• Constant communication with business DRIs and project sponsors.
• Calmly and confidently plan, execute, and manage multiple timelines to ensure high-quality translations on deadline.
• Monitor and communicate the status of projects to the localisation manager and appropriate teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to Trek brand and quality standards.
• Apply Trek’s process optimisation practices to maximise quality and internal client satisfaction while minimising budget.
• Collaborate with the localisation manager to continuously evolve and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Full professional English-language proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• 2-3 years of localisation/translation experience
• Proficiency in CAT tools such as GlobalLink, Trados Studio, or Wordfast
• Strong attention to detail at both the content and project level
• Ability to work and problem-solve independently and resourcefully
