Proctur is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize JIRA to create and manage user stories, epics, tasks, and sprints.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  Improve project management processes and workflows based on Agile principles and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in software product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its application in software development projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, along with experience in Scrum and Sprint Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
