Diebold Nixdorf is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Apply basic knowledge of project management support and associated tools.
• Maintain and, at times, create project/program data, including project schedules, spreadsheets, priority lists, diagrams, and status information.
• Coordinate project meeting schedules and ensure attendance by requisite team members.
• Assist project managers with key meetings and stakeholder follow-ups as required.
• Evaluate and resolve issues with tracking and reporting by analyzing information and locating correct data.
• Communicate information with clear and concise organization to the project team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification of Associate Degree.
• Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in area of responsibility.
• This position requires advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook
• Highly motivated
• Problem solving methodology and proven analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software, networking and systems development
• Multi-tasking capability; must be able to coordinate more than one project and various tasks
• Ability to act in an autonomous role with little supervision
• Must be detail oriented
• Effective organizational skills
