Spritle Software is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking and coordination
• Maintain Jira boards or project tracking tools — update statuses, document sprint progress, and follow up on pending tasks
• Prepare project documentation such as MoMs, status reports, release notes, and dashboards
• Coordinate internal meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist in tracking timelines, resource allocation, and risks
• Follow up with team members to ensure task completion as per sprint goals
• Communicate minor updates and blockers to stakeholders, escalating when needed
• Help ensure adherence to delivery processes and internal QA checkpoints

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role in a tech or digital environment
• Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and SDLC concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
• Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Preferred- Certification or training in project management (Scrum, PMP, or Agile foundations)
• Preferred- Exposure to client interactions or offshore coordination
• Soft skills- Self-starter with a willingness to learn, team player with good interpersonal skills, organized and process-driven, able to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks
