JLL is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Work closely with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
- Take ownership of small projects and support delivery on major ones.
- Lead by example to bring out the best in the team and ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Set up and manage the organisational structure for each project.
- Streamline reporting, communication, and working procedures.
- Ensure clear project objectives are established.
- Maintain strong and positive client relationships by understanding their needs, requirements, and constraints.
- Manage professional consultants involved in project design and documentation.
- Administer contracts for all vendors in a professional manner and in line with legal requirements.
- Protect the commercial interests of both the client and JLL.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
