Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee accounts payable by processing invoices, conducting validation checks, tracking payments, and ensuring timely supplier payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely asset delivery with all required documents as per applicable law and for recognizing revenue.
• Coordinate with the concerned department to ensure timely revenue release with required deliverables.
• Conduct monthly vendor accounting reconciliation.
• Compile project expense reports for management analysis.
• Address and resolve vendor-related queries to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and streamline workflow.
• Utilize Excel to manage monthly reports on revenue, cost, and margin.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all expenses in the system.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, driving them to completion within specified timelines.
