Project Coordinator Job in Bangalore at Molex

Molex is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor daily progress of key projects and update the project management team on key milestones, risks, and issues
• Initiate, and maintain project structure and status in the project management system and toolkit
• Primary lead responsible for development, enhancements, reporting, & support projects and portfolios
• Develop and maintain project/portfolio performance database and reports that track overall progress and achievement of phase reviews and milestones
• Prepare and distribute project material, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
• Monitor and report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project and portfolio work plans
• Build, maintain, and lead business unit training related to project tools and reporting
• Support project change control and decision documentation needs
• Support CSBU Director of Project Management and Project Managers
• Perform other related duties and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Sense of ownership and accountability
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply management, or related field
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM India Standard Time; IST)
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time
• Self-driven with ability to thrive in a remote working environment
• Fluency in English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Contribution minded with can-do attitude
