Project Coordinator Internship in Noida at Pearson VUE

Pearson VUE is hiring for the role of Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with selected sites signed up for testing.
• Receive required documents and information related to event audits, dispatch and reverse pick-up of equipment and material installation, training dates, reports, and invoicing closure activities.
• Handle telephonic queries from test centers and clients.
• Coordinate with other functions within PVUE for the smooth functioning of the event.
• Coordinate for receiving DVR screenshots and recordings for quality review and inputs and sharing the same with the client.
• Share training documents, and arrange training as per the scheduled plan with both the Test center staff as well as staff hired by PVUE.
• Collate learnings and recommendations post the event with all stakeholders and share with respective PM managing the client.

Requirements:

• Good Communication skills – Verbal as well written, and Listening skills.
• Good customer handling skills.
• Well-versed with MS Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Time management skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of webcam settings, microphone settings, browser settings, and system configuration is required.
