Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all project tasks are completed on schedule.
• Manage project risks and issues and take corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project team members.
• Coordinate project work teams consisting of R&D / SRE / Cloud Operations / blended teams using agile methodologies.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather project requirements and brainstorm solutions.
• Ensure project team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
