Deutsche Bank Group is hiring for the role of Project & Change Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive cost analysis and tracking for variances against plan and identify cost efficiencies.
• Derive monthly Forecast submissions, and annual budget submissions & prepare relevant performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the IB Transformation, NFR & MDS functions.
• Purchase order handling & review
• Vendor risk management-related activities
• Assist in governance tracking for the team’s adherence to DB policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, business informatics (or equivalent)
• Strong skills in MS Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint, including working with big data banks and producing comprehensible dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical skills, proactiveness, and pragmatic problem-solving skills for complex topics
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, to engage with people across all management levels and from various backgrounds/hierarchies.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks, work independently, and plan your work to meet deadlines.
