Project Associate Job in Gurgaon at Weaddo

Weaddo is hiring for the role of Project Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and managing technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as a key point of contact between engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and update Jira boards, manage sprints, track issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues or blockers that may impact timelines.
• Support resource allocation, task assignments, and change management processes.
• Ensure clear communication across teams and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
