Dynata is hiring for the role of Project Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Set up and implement strategy for successful completion of new and ongoing projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Take ownership and management of project materials; consolidating and up-keeping; updating; distribution of materials to support groups.
• Sign off and ownership of pre and post-field quality checks including, but not limited to Script review, Walkthrough, programming QA, and DP walkthrough/review.
• Drive, track, and policing process adherence throughout the survey lifecycle.
• Provide project delivery timelines and effective sample plans.
• Process and progress tracking.
• Fieldwork and Sample management/analysis.
• Link set-up and link management.
• Quota Management, reporting.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to manage changes in project scope and provide alternate solutions.
• Manage all post-delivery project needs including confirming project close with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in the successful delivery of projects.  This includes but is not limited to day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders. 
• Coordinate with other client services groups, vendors, and partners. 
•  Communicate project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
