Project Associate Internship in Gurgaon at Gartner

Gartner is hiring for the role of Project Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review new projects to ensure all required information/files have been obtained, and accurately document project details in our content management systems. If requirements are missing, seek them out from the appropriate partners.
• Coordinate client approval and signoff, checking and approving production materials, templates, and art when possible.
• Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of all steps required in the creative development and production process for digital deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly, maintaining high levels of personal productivity and keeping team aware of changes and concerns.
• Contribute to and evolve processes and tools to effectively and efficiently serve internal clients to meet their product requirements at agreed-to service levels.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a creative team, marketing agency, newsroom, or other in-house support group.
• Background in graphic design, editing, or publishing is preferred but not required.
• Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented, accurate, and self-disciplined.
• Proven track record independently managing multiple tasks and high volumes with often changing requirements.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign), Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive), and MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, PPT).
• Experience with a content management system is a plus.
• Desire to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
