Mace Group is hiring for the role of Project Assistant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing the Daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports.
• Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
• Coordinating with project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely closure of issues.
• Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
• Monitoring and tracking of ongoing issues, schedule, and daily/weekly site progress.
• Performing periodic quality checks on the system registers.
• Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
• Producing quantitative, status, and analysis reports.
• Working with project planner and supporting with monitoring and tracking of project schedule.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree qualification in civil engineering and are a member of a professional body, demonstrating a solid educational background and professional affiliation.
• Possess experience with a project of a similar nature, indicating relevant expertise in the field.
• Showcase digital savviness, emphasizing proficiency in leveraging technology for project management and communication.
• Demonstrate the ability to build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams, highlighting interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have previous working experience on construction projects, showcasing practical knowledge and skills in project execution.
