Qualcomm is hiring for the role of Project Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist a project by developing and managing processes, procedures, and tools designed to increase the project’s productivity.
• Manage a project’s non-technical requirements. Typically, a project needing a Project Analyst will be of significant size and will require expertise related to the development of project management mechanisms. 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Microsoft Excel, daily or weekly use, including use of macros
• Microsoft Outlook, daily use of email and calendar
• Browser, daily use for web-based business applications
• Sharepoint usage
• Bachelor's degree (prefer: engineering background)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office/corporate environment
• Experience conducting open-source investigations
• Experience with software scanning, including tools such as Blackduck, Palamida, or Fossology
• Ability to do high-volume, repetitive tasks with extreme accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed instructions that are revised often
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and identify tool issues for troubleshooting
• Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Research skills using the Internet and internal resources
• Inclined to learn new things and think automation
