Project Administrator Job in Gurgaon at Trinity Life Sciences

Trinity is hiring for the role of Project Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drafting and submitting Statements of Work and project change orders for signature & tracking through completion
• Collecting and recording project information into data capture forms for project creation; inputting updates as necessary
• Compliance documentation support (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Third Party Agreements)
• Purchase Order tracking
• Entering and maintaining employee project assignments in timesheets and utilization tracking systems
• Acting as liaison between other Operations teams to ensure project requests are being completed within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

• Proficient at meeting concurrent deadlines across international time zones and working on multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce or other project management software a plus.
