• Provide expertise in Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
• Utilize ALM tools to manage and track testing activities and defects.
• Implement and maintain automated testing scripts using TOSCA.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure Java code quality and performance.
• Manage project tasks and workflows using Jira for better project visibility and control.
• Utilize Maven for project build and dependency management.
• Perform database testing using PL/SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong understanding of Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum methodologies for effective project management.
• Have hands-on experience with ALM tools for test management.
• Show expertise in TOSCA for automated testing.
• Be proficient in Java for code quality assurance.
• Have experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Maven for build automation.
• Possesses skills in PL/SQL for database testing.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
