ResultsCX is hiring for the role of Programmer - Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, test, and implement agent-facing call guides (scripts) for a variety of telemarketing campaigns across sales, healthcare, and customer service.
• Translate complex processes and information into clear, concise, and user-friendly script verbiage for agents.
• Develop scripts that incorporate data capture fields, API calls, SQL database lookups, and other functionalities to streamline agent workflows and ensure accurate data collection.
• Utilize both graphical and textual programming methods within our proprietary, object-oriented scripting language (similar to C). Training on the scripting language will be provided.
• Collaborate with operations teams, trainers, and quality assurance to ensure scripts are effective, compliant, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain and update existing scripts as needed, based on performance data, client feedback, and regulatory changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve script-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document script logic and functionality for training and knowledge sharing purposes.

Requirements:

• Entry-level to intermediate experience in a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles (e.g., C, Java, Python).
• Prior experience in a call center or telemarketing environment.
