Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Maintain and update knowledge base articles.
• Create articles documenting problems and solutions.
• Collaborate on identifying and filling solution gaps.
• Draft initial client solutions and integration plans.
• Define customization needs for solution implementation.
• Obtain approvals and validate developed solutions.
• Conduct pre-user testing and provide feedback.
• Perform pilot test-developed solutions.
• Guide users on data upload and system usage.
• Develop and execute test cases based on domain/product knowledge.
• Analyze process anomalies and suggest improvements.
• Interact with clients on basic queries.
• Assist senior consultants in module connection and integration.
• Share domain/product knowledge to mentor teammates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 Years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role is preferred.
• Experience with Service Desk - UAM and Service Desk Asset Services.
• Proficient in relevant technology stack for the specific project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and team player skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn new processes and technologies.
