Google is hiring for the role of Program Manager, IT Asset Management !

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Apply knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and practical experience designing and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Create and enforce policies, using ServiceNow tools, configuring and managing ServiceNow Discovery to manage CI relationships and resolve data discrepancies.
• Create ServiceNow reports and performance analytics dashboards to visualize CMDB health, asset data, and other key metrics for various stakeholders.
• Leverage ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and business rules are essential for automating asset life-cycle processes from procurement to retirement.
• Own and manage the IT Hardware Product Catalog in ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data integrity and synchronization between ServiceNow, which acts as the system of record for IT assets, and SAP S/4HANA, the system for financial and procurement data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in IT asset management.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in master data governance.
• Understanding ITAM principles and the asset life-cycle, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).
